- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (to thicken)
- 12 oz egg noodles (or rice, for serving)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
