Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 4 hibiscus tea bags)
- 2 tablespoons honey, agave syrup, or sugar (adjust to taste)

- 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for extra depth)

Instructions:
- Boil the Water: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil.
- Steep the Hibiscus: Remove from heat, add hibiscus flowers (or tea bags), cinnamon stick, and ginger. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain & Sweeten: Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers and cinnamon. Stir in honey, agave, or sugar while still warm.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint and lime slices.
